Pointe d'Esny

About a kilometre of white sand and crystal-clear water south of Mahébourg, lined with villas and holiday apartments. Often almost deserted, quieter than nearby Blue Bay. A narrow pathway from the coast road in the centre of Pointe d'Esny gives access without crossing private property. A favoured windsurf and kitesurf spot, and the departure point for Île aux Aigrettes.
