Balaclava
Balaclava public beach, south of Pointe aux Piments, is known for its very fine sand and castaway feel. White sand runs out towards the reef and you can snorkel straight from the shore, with colourful marine life just beyond the shallows. Shops are scarce: come equipped for the day.
